Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Slice the fresh pineapple into rings and soak in dark and coconut rums for at least 1 hour.
  2. Set up a coating station with flour, egg mixture, and coconut flakes in separate bowls.
  3. Remove pineapple and pat dry. Coat each ring in flour, dip in egg mix, and roll in coconut flakes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 350°F (175°C).
