Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by measuring 5 cups of Rice Chex cereal and pour it into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals until fully melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of strawberry cake mix.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and gently fold until well coated.
