Cooking Instructions
  1. Pierce the spaghetti squash with a fork and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes, or bake at 400°F for 40 minutes until tender.
  2. Once cool, cut it lengthwise, scoop out seeds, and shred the flesh into noodles. Squeeze excess moisture with a towel.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, seasoning, and cheese. Fold in shredded squash.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment and press the mixture into a 10-inch circle.
  5. Bake the crust for 15-18 minutes until golden-brown and firm.
  6. Cool slightly, then spread pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese, and add toppings before returning to the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
