Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) for about 10 minutes.
  2. On a sheet pan, toss the broccoli florets with minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out in a single layer.
  3. Roast the broccoli for 10 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Remove the broccoli and increase oven temperature to 450°F (232°C).
  5. In a bowl, combine the roasted broccoli, sliced chicken sausage, frozen cheese tortellini, remaining olive oil, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture back to the sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
  7. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top and serve immediately.
