  • fresh parsley Optional, for garnish.
  • cheese Monterey Jack or sharp cheddar, optional.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and let sit.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add remaining butter. Stir in minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add chicken stock and honey, scraping the bottom of the pan.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over top, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and optional caramelized onions.
