- Pat chicken dry with a paper towel, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and let sit.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and add remaining butter. Stir in minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken stock and honey, scraping the bottom of the pan.
