  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Omit if you prefer less heat.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a zip-top bag, combine minced garlic, softened butter, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Seal and massage until mixed.
  2. Cube the steak into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Seal the bag and massage to coat. Marinate for at least 25 minutes.
  3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
  4. Add marinated beef to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
