  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce use tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar or coconut sugar for a healthier option
  • 2 cloves Garlic freshly minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger freshly grated or minced
For Serving
  • 4 cups Rice any cooked rice or cauliflower rice for low-carb
  • 2 cups Vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, and spinach

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Drizzle in soy sauce and sprinkle brown sugar over the beef mixture. Stir to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Prepare rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and keep warm.
  5. To serve, scoop rice into bowls, top with ground beef mixture, and add fresh vegetables.
