Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and dust with flour.
  4. Sear meatballs in a skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, bring to a simmer.
  7. Add seared meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
