Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add a splash of olive oil, then add the broccoli florets and boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. In a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook the chopped bacon for 5 to 7 minutes until crispy.
  3. In the same pan, add finely chopped garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until golden. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water in a bowl before adding to the pan, stirring until it thickens.
  4. Add the drained broccoli to the garlic sauce, then add the crispy bacon, tossing everything together for another minute.
