- Spoon a generous amount of chicken filling onto the wider end of each triangle, fold the dough and pinch edges to seal.
- Arrange the filled pillows on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Brush each chicken pillow with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool for about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
