Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough on countertop, separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of chicken filling onto the wider end of each triangle, fold the dough and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Arrange the filled pillows on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan until smooth.
  7. Brush each chicken pillow with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and cool for about 10 minutes.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
