Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and bell peppers for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced sausage, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until sausage is browned.
  4. Stir in peeled shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. Pour in diced tomatoes and heavy cream, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes to thicken.
  6. Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to coat. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese, serving immediately.
