Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Earl Grey Infusion by heating milk, steeping tea bags, and allowing the mixture to cool.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then pressing into a springform pan and chilling.
  3. Prepare the Filling by beating cream cheese, adding sugar, sour cream, and heavy cream, then incorporating the cooled Earl Grey milk.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time into the filling mixture on low speed.
  5. Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 325°F for 50 minutes in a water bath.
  6. Cool gradually in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  7. Make the Mulberry Sauce by cooking mulberries, sugar, and lemon juice, then thickening with cornstarch.
  8. Chill the cheesecake for a minimum of 4 hours, top with mulberry sauce before serving.
