Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce, and lime juice until combined. Fold in the diced tuna, red onion, green onion, and sesame seeds. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet to 350°F. Fry wonton wrappers for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Shape into taco forms and drain on paper towels.
  3. Spoon the chilled tuna mixture into each wonton shell, allowing the filling to overflow. Top with avocado, jalapeño, or pickled ginger as desired.
