  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano or Italian seasoning

For Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella or Italian Cheese Blend or feta cheese for variation

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breasts, zucchini, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let sit for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
