- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix gently.
- Transfer mixture onto a clean surface and shape it into a loaf. Place in the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to create the glaze. Stir until smooth.
- Spread glaze over the meatloaf evenly.
- Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let the meatloaf rest for 5–8 minutes before slicing.
