Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, pour in 4 cups of cold water and add 4 green tea bags or 2 tablespoons of loose leaf green tea. Toss in a handful of fresh mint leaves, ensuring they're evenly distributed.
  2. Peel and thinly slice 2 ripe kiwis, adding them to the pitcher. Consider muddling a few slices against the pitcher’s side to release their juices.
  3. If you prefer a sweeter drink, stir in honey or your choice of sweetener. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste.
  4. Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to infuse for 6-8 hours or overnight for optimal flavor.
  5. After steeping, remove the pitcher from the fridge. Strain out the tea bags, mint leaves, and kiwi slices using a fine-mesh strainer or a sieve.
  6. Pour your infused tea into glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig and a slice of kiwi.
