  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs soft or panko
  • 1/2 cup Milk for soaking breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parsley fresh chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for searing
  • 2 tbsp Flour for dusting
For the Lemon Sauce
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Soak the breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes until soft.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and dust with flour.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the meatballs for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds, then add chicken broth and lemon juice.
  6. Return the meatballs to the skillet, cover, and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Garnish meatballs with parsley and lemon slices, then serve.
