- Marinate Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine boneless chicken breast or thighs with Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and salt. Mix thoroughly until chicken is coated, and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, additional Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, and sesame oil until well combined.
