Method
 

Oven Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese and mix in optional seasonings.
  3. Scoop mounds of the mixture onto the baking tray, spaced about 2 inches apart, and flatten to 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings or Parmesan cheese if desired.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes, checking for doneness at the 20-minute mark.
  6. Remove from oven and allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet.
Microwave Method
  1. Line a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cottage cheese on the plate and sprinkle with seasonings.
  3. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, checking every minute until golden brown.
  4. Let cool before serving.
