  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with softened butter, and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the surface.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log, cut into 1-inch slices, pinch the bottom of each slice to form heart shapes, and let rise for 30 minutes.
