  • 1 tablespoon Additional Lemon Juice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat, adding a tablespoon of oil if needed.
  4. Carefully add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth.
