Preparation Steps
- Prepare your ladyfingers for the base by soaking them in cold brew coffee.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sugar, and blend until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until the filling is fluffy and well combined.
- Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the soaked ladyfingers in the springform pan.
- Layer another set of dipped ladyfingers on top, followed by the remaining cheesecake filling.
- Cover and chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the pan and dust with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
