For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese ensure it's softened for easier blending
  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee can substitute regular brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup Sugar adjust according to taste
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream opt for non-dairy if vegan
For the Crust
  • 24 pcs Ladyfingers soaked in coffee for flavor
  • 1/2 cup Butter can replace with coconut oil
For Garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder for dusting on top
  • Optional Add-ins a splash of coffee liqueur

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare your ladyfingers for the base by soaking them in cold brew coffee.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sugar, and blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream until the filling is fluffy and well combined.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the soaked ladyfingers in the springform pan.
  5. Layer another set of dipped ladyfingers on top, followed by the remaining cheesecake filling.
  6. Cover and chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  7. Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the pan and dust with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
