Method
 

Pizza Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together bread flour, yeast, and salt until evenly distributed.
  2. Gradually pour in warm water and olive oil, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Grease a bowl with olive oil, place the dough inside, cover, and let it rise until doubled.
  5. Punch down the dough, divide if making two pizzas, and let rise again if desired.
  6. In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, add tomatoes, herbs, and simmer.
  7. Prepare hot honey by heating honey, red pepper flakes, and vinegar until warm.
  8. Preheat your oven to maximum temperature with a baking stone inside for 30 minutes.
  9. Shape the risen dough into a 12-inch circle, transfer to a pizza peel, add sauce and toppings.
  10. Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden and bubbling, then drizzle with hot honey and serve.
