- Prep Ingredients: Gather all your filling ingredients for the homemade Blackstone s’mores quesadilla. Crush the graham crackers inside a sealed bag using a rolling pin until they turn into fine crumbs.
- Heat Griddle: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat until warm.
- Butter Tortillas: Spread softened butter generously on one side of each tortilla.
- Assemble Quesadilla: Place one tortilla butter-side down, sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate pieces, add crushed graham crackers, and lay the second tortilla butter-side up.
- Cook Quesadilla: Cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
