Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Chicken Taco Soup
  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Grease your slow cooker with oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Combine the Ingredients: Add onion, chicken broth, taco seasoning, tomato sauce, chili beans, black beans, corn, and Rotel to the cooker and stir well.
  3. Add Chicken Breasts: Place raw chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker on top of other ingredients.
  4. Cook on Low Heat: Cover and cook on low heat for about 4 hours, checking the chicken temperature.
