Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Stir in minced garlic, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and salsa. Add taco seasoning mix to awaken the flavors and stir to combine.
  3. For the Instant Pot, seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 2 minutes. For stovetop, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and mix in cream cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
