Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8.5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Dry roast macadamia nuts in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, mashed bananas, crushed pineapple, and sunflower oil until creamy.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently.
  6. Fold in chopped macadamia nuts and coconut flakes into the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes.
