Marinating and Cooking Instructions

  2. Add thinly sliced chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375–400°F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. In the final minute of grilling, place a slice of pepper Jack cheese over each chicken breast and close the grill lid to melt.
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
