- Crumble 8 ounces of block feta cheese into smaller pieces and place them into your food processor.
- Add 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest to the food processor with the crumbled feta. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture starts to come together into a smooth paste.
