Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, about 1–2 inches in size.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower with cornstarch until coated.
  4. Spread the coated cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with vegetable oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. While the cauliflower is baking, combine soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar, minced garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Once baked, transfer cauliflower to the saucepan and toss in the sauce until coated.
  7. Spoon cauliflower into bowls and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
