- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Sear the steak cubes for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower heat and melt unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Return steak to pan and toss in garlic butter.
- In a separate saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add finely minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer.
- Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve the Garlic Butter Steak Bites drizzled with the Parmesan sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.
