  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For searing
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Total for both steak and sauce

  • Black Pepper To taste

For the Parmesan Cream Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter For the sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic Finely minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For creamy consistency
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Sear the steak cubes for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lower heat and melt unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Return steak to pan and toss in garlic butter.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add finely minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer.
  5. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the Garlic Butter Steak Bites drizzled with the Parmesan sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.
