Step-by-Step Instructions for Frosted Strawberry Lemonade
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. In a blender, combine strawberries with the juice of the lemons. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Add glucomannan to the blender. If using collagen, add it now. Blend for an additional 20-30 seconds until fully incorporated.
  3. Check the consistency; add more glucomannan if thicker is desired. Blend again for 10 seconds. Taste and add sweetener if necessary.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with strawberries or lemon slices. Serve immediately.
