- Wash and hull the strawberries. In a blender, combine strawberries with the juice of the lemons. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add glucomannan to the blender. If using collagen, add it now. Blend for an additional 20-30 seconds until fully incorporated.
- Check the consistency; add more glucomannan if thicker is desired. Blend again for 10 seconds. Taste and add sweetener if necessary.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with strawberries or lemon slices. Serve immediately.
