Method
 

Instructions for Making Bread
  1. Warm the Milk and Butter by heating in a saucepan until it reaches 120-130°F.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, and yeast.
  3. Mix in the Eggs and Milk: Add eggs and warm mixture to dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
  4. Add Flour Gradually: Stir in flour until dough becomes stiff and slightly sticky.
  5. Knead the Dough for about 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. Shape the Dough into a circular wreath by dividing and braiding the dough ropes.
  7. Let the Bread Rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 45-60 minutes.
  8. Preheat the Oven to 350°F and prepare the egg wash.
  9. Bake the Bread for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve and Enjoy sliced with butter or jam.
