- In a medium bowl, combine warm milk, active dry yeast, and sugar. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Stir in melted butter, salt, and beaten eggs. Gradually add all-purpose flour until dough pulls away from sides of the bowl.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Shape into a ball.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, roll out to a rectangle, spread melted butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough into a log, cut into 1-inch slices, pinch center and pull edges to form heart shapes.
- Cover heart-shaped rolls and let rise for another 30 minutes.
