  • 1 cup Coconut Milk substitute with any plant-based or dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup Plant Milk of Choice almond, soy, or any dairy alternative
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds omit if preferred
  • 1-2 tbsp Sweetener honey, maple syrup, etc.
  • 1 dash Vanilla Extract optional for flavor
For Sweetness
  • 1 tbsp Sweetener adjust to taste
  • 1 dash Vanilla Extract optional
For Toppings
  • Fruit, Nuts, or Seeds fresh berries, bananas, or your favorite nuts
  • Coconut Shreds for added crunch and flavor

Method
 

Mix Base Ingredients
  1. In a medium-sized airtight container, combine ube halaya or ube extract with coconut milk and plant milk. Add chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly for about 1-2 minutes until smoothly blended.
Incorporate Oats
  1. Stir in old-fashioned rolled oats into the container with your ube mixture. Ensure the oats are fully submerged and coated.
Seal & Chill
  1. Seal the container with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
Serve
  1. In the morning, stir the oats and add more plant milk if desired. Top with ube halaya, fruits, coconut shreds, nuts, or seeds.
