Mix Base Ingredients
- In a medium-sized airtight container, combine ube halaya or ube extract with coconut milk and plant milk. Add chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly for about 1-2 minutes until smoothly blended.
Incorporate Oats
- Stir in old-fashioned rolled oats into the container with your ube mixture. Ensure the oats are fully submerged and coated.
Seal & Chill
- Seal the container with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
Serve
- In the morning, stir the oats and add more plant milk if desired. Top with ube halaya, fruits, coconut shreds, nuts, or seeds.
