Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season them with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  3. Reduce the heat and sauté chopped onion for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1 minute until aromatic.

  6. Fold in drained canned tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
