  3. Divide dough into pieces and roll each into a circle. Place a spoonful of filling in the center, fold into a half-moon shape, and seal edges tightly.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Place dumpling tacos in pan and smash down. Fry for 2 minutes until golden, add water, cover to steam for 1 minute, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
