Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Toss the fresh broccoli florets with minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper on the sheet pan.
  3. Roast the broccoli for about 10 minutes until it looks vibrant and slightly crispy.
  4. Raise the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted broccoli, sliced chicken sausage, frozen cheese tortellini, the remaining 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the sheet pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 450°F, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
