- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Stir in Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a 6-inch oval.
- On one half of each oval, spread about 15g of pizza sauce and sprinkle 20g of cheese, leaving a border.
- Fold the dough over the filling and press to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
