- Rinse fresh peaches under cool water, peel, and slice into chunks. Discard pits. If using frozen peaches, measure out and skip this step.
- In a high-speed blender, combine peaches, yogurt, and almond milk. Drizzle in maple syrup/agave and splash of vanilla. Add ice cubes if using fresh peaches.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, stopping to scrape down sides as needed, until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup/agave if needed, blending for an additional 10–15 seconds.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of peach or chia seeds. Enjoy fresh!
