Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse fresh peaches under cool water, peel, and slice into chunks. Discard pits. If using frozen peaches, measure out and skip this step.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine peaches, yogurt, and almond milk. Drizzle in maple syrup/agave and splash of vanilla. Add ice cubes if using fresh peaches.
  3. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, stopping to scrape down sides as needed, until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup/agave if needed, blending for an additional 10–15 seconds.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of peach or chia seeds. Enjoy fresh!
