Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and chop your vibrant mix of vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and ginger. Cut tofu or chicken into cubes if using.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry tofu or chicken until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes until bright and tender-crisp.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water in a small bowl. Add to stir-fried veggies along with soy sauce and honey/maple syrup. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Remove pan from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
