  • 1 tsp Salt Essential seasoning
  • 1 tsp Pepper Essential seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 500g of ground beef, 500g of ground pork, finely chopped sautéed onions, breadcrumbs, one beaten egg, a tablespoon of mustard, chopped fresh parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the meat mixture for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, shape the mixture into round patties about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. In a skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Fry each side of the patties for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, transfer patties to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and serve hot.
