Preparation Steps

  2. Lay flour or spinach wraps flat on a cutting board. Spread an even layer of cottage cheese filling across each wrap, leaving a small margin around the edges.
  3. Thinly slice the cucumber and arrange slices in a line down the center of each wrap. Sprinkle optional veggies like red bell pepper on top.
  4. Roll each wrap tightly from the edge closest to you, folding in the sides as you roll to keep the filling intact. Place seam-side down.
  5. Slice each wrap in half at a diagonal for presentation. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic to refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
