Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Blend the yogurt, apple butter, Medjool dates, miso paste, cinnamon, cardamom, and soy milk until smooth for 1-2 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the blended mixture with chia seeds. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Pulse oats, walnuts, and a few Medjool dates in a food processor until crumbly, about 30 seconds.
  4. Cook diced apples in a sauté pan with maple syrup and extra cinnamon for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  5. Layer the chia pudding, sautéed apples, and oat crumble in jars or bowls, drizzle with apple butter if desired.
