Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth in a stand mixer. Add ground cinnamon and nutmeg, then sweetened condensed milk and eggnog; blend until smooth.
  3. Add cheesecake and vanilla pudding mixes to the mixer; beat on medium-high until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the eggnog mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and freeze for at least 4 hours.
