Ingredients

For the Chocolate Mixture
  • 2 blocks White Almond Bark Can substitute with white chocolate chips if preferred.
  • 1 cup Roasted Peanuts Feel free to swap in cashews or almonds.
For the Colorful Add-Ins
  • 1 cup Pastel M&Ms Regular M&Ms or chocolate chips can also be used.
  • 1 cup Mini Fruit-Flavored Marshmallows Regular marshmallows work as a substitute.
For the Festive Touch
  • 1 cup Easter Sprinkles Other seasonal or themed sprinkles can be substituted.

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place two blocks of white almond bark and a cup of roasted peanuts into your slow cooker. Set to low heat and allow to melt for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. Melt the Mixture: After about 2 hours, stir to distribute heat. Once the almond bark is completely melted and glossy, turn off the slow cooker.
  3. Cool Slightly: Allow the mixture to cool for 10-15 minutes, keeping it warm enough to pour but not so hot that it melts the add-ins.
  4. Add Mix-Ins: Stir in the pastel M&Ms and mini marshmallows until just combined to keep the chunky texture.
  5. Scoop Clusters: Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to place the mixture onto parchment paper, spacing them an inch apart.
  6. Decorate: While warm, add extra pastel M&Ms and Easter sprinkles on top of each cluster.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Peel clusters off the parchment paper and arrange on a platter or package them for gifting.
