  • 1 package Phyllo Dough Store-bought is easiest.

  • 1/4 cup Chili Honey Mix regular honey with chili flakes if needed.
  • Optional Spices Add smoked paprika or garlic powder to enhance flavor.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with olive oil.
  4. Cut the phyllo dough into 3-inch wide strips.
  5. Place a piece of feta at one end of each strip.
  6. Roll the phyllo dough over the feta and tuck in the sides.
  7. Arrange rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Drizzle with chili honey before serving.
