Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the cabbage into ½-inch thick rounds and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Press the meat mixture onto the cabbage rounds to form patties.
  5. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the meat reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until melted.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
