- Wearing gloves, wash the jalapeños and slice them into thin strips.
- Set up a breading station with flour, buttermilk and egg mixture, and panko mixture.
- Coat each jalapeño strip in flour, dip in the buttermilk mixture, then coat in the panko mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet to around 350°F.
- Fry each jalapeño strip for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
- Drain the fries on paper towels and serve immediately.
