Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. Finely chop the imitation crab and combine with cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, sugar, and shredded cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls diagonally, ensuring to not cut all the way through.
  4. Fill each roll generously with the prepared crab mixture.
  5. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, then brush this over the top of each filled roll.
  6. Bake the filled rolls on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Brush with more melted garlic butter after baking for shine.
  8. Serve warm, optionally with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
